I am a storyteller.
I write and I draw and I paint.
Growing up, I loved reading about fantastical adventures in incredible places: Lucy in Narnia, Mowgli in the Jungle, White Fang in the Arctic – so it's no wonder that I left my Virginia home to find adventure in faraway places: Arkansas, Italy, China and now Maryland.
During my travels, I've been a student, a zookeeper, an actor, a teacher, a dog walker, an artist, and more. I am a collector of experiences and I love to try new things. Along the way I've met all sorts of wonderful people, experienced different cultures, and learned about all sorts of fascinating animals, and all of it finds its way into my writing and my art.
